You and Your Guests
- Planning and big day (s) : I define tasks to be carried out, management of big day (s) events and overall planning
- Administrative: From reading quotes to managing contracts, I take care of every administrative detail.
- Budget and finances: I allocate and distribute expenses, ensuring rigorous financial monitoring and optimal management of deadlines.
- Regular and unlimited follow-up appointments. I’m available 7/7 to answer all your questions.
- Link with your guests : I ensure follow-up of responses, advice for the wedding day, organization of interventions.
- Transports and Accomodations : I help your guests on the choice of transports and accomodations
- Management of shuttles
- Advices and organization of visits of the aeras if you and your guest stay several days to discover the country
Your Vendors
- Proposal of vendors/providers : take advantage of my network of vendors for an unforgettable wedding. You choose your vendors from those that I have pre-selected according to your specifications.
- Organization of your travel in France to meet the different vendors you have selected or you hesitate with
- Virtual visit of the venues if you can’t travel to France
- Logistics briefing and management of service providers: I ensure logistics coordination and effective management of all service providers
- Logistics visits to optimize and finalize the organization
- Creation of layout plans for each key moment: ceremony, cocktail, dinner, etc

- Welcome and management of vendors : me and my team welcome and manage vendors throughout the day(s) of your wedding

What a joy it was to work with Frédérique. Our Franco-English wedding (with a majority of English guests) exceeded all our expectations! Frédérique was always attentive and immediately made us feel that she was the perfect partner to bring our vision to life.
She found us partners who perfectly matched our needs and expertly managed a very ambitious project: hosting 160 people in a location that was not at all designed for such an event—two fields, one for the party and one for a village of 50 tipis. There was neither water nor electricity initially, yet the weekend was a resounding success for us and our guests.

We wanted to organise a summer wedding in Geneva and came to Frédérique barely more than 6 months before and with us living abroad. Moreover, we didn’t find any Swiss planner who was willing to work with us. Frédérique was not afraid and ready for the challenge!
We wanted to have 2 events, drinks with guests the day before and then the wedding on the day. Frédérique found potential venues very quickly, communicated with them beforehand so she could match our requirements, and accompanied us on the visits.
Our wedding was not easy to plan, as we had many wishes & specifications, which means Frédérique had to find different providers/vendors for every step. Frédérique was very flexible, never saying no to a request, and she did a great job of finding excellent vendors and methodically coordinating their work on the day. We were also slow and indecisive on several steps, and Frédérique gave us space & time to decide while keeping the vendors happy and engaged.
After all the prep, Frédérique really shines on the day: as soon as she and her team arrived, they took everything under control and we forgot about the planning and were able to enjoy our day without stress.
We would recommend Frédérique to anyone who is looking for a reliable, fast, thoughtful and fun planner! She was instrumental in making our wedding happen as we envisioned it, we couldn’t have done it without her.

Nous avons fait appel à Frédérique pour nous aider à organiser notre mariage et pour coordonner le Jour J. Il s’agissait d’un mariage mixte (de style européen et indien). Que dire si ce n’est que nous avons été bluffé par cette collaboration.
